During the exclusion period, your account will remain closed. Once the selected period has ended, a reactivation request from yourself will be required. Your account will not automatically be reopened. Once your request has been received, you must complete an interaction with our Safer Gambling Team who will be in touch with you (via telephone where possible). Once this has been completed, you will have a further 24-hour cooling-off period before account reactivation.
