If you would like to change your password, you can do this by going to My Account > Personal Information and selecting Change Password under the Security section. You will be required to enter your current password before setting a new one.
Your new password must be at least 8 characters long and include at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, one number and one special character.
If you have forgotten your password, please click the Forgot Password link on the login page and follow the instructions sent to your registered email address. If you do not receive the email, please check your spam or junk folder.
