Yes, you can update some of your personal details directly through your account.
Details you can update yourself by going to Account Settings → My Account → Personal Information, you can edit the following:
- Address
- Contact number
- Email address
After making any changes, please remember to click “Save” to ensure your changes are applied.
When you change your email address, you’ll need to verify it. A verification email will be sent to your new email address.
Details that require contacting Support
For security and regulatory reasons, some personal information cannot be changed manually and will require assistance from our Support Team. This may include:
- Name or date of birth
- Changes related to identity verification
- Corrections to information previously verified
- Account ownership or security-related details
In some cases, we may ask for supporting documentation to confirm the change.
