If you would like to close your account, you are able to do so within My Account > Player Protection.
You can also contact us at support@betconnect.com to arrange this for you.
Upon account closure, unmatched bets will be canceled. Matched bets will stand. Any remaining or pending balance on your account will be returned to the original payment method, where possible.
If you would prefer to take a break from betting, we also offer Cool Off or Self Exclusions.
