In the United Kingdom, regulations do not allow customers to use a credit card to make deposits for gambling. Attempts to do so will be blocked.
You can make a deposit via My Account or by pressing ‘Add Funds’ on the top right of the BetConnect website. All deposits need to be made via a payment method registered in your own name. Further information can be located in the BetConnect site Terms & Conditions.
Deposit by Debit cards requires:
- 16 digit card number
- Expiry date
- Security number (CVV/CCV)
- Card Holders Name
If you have previously made a deposit using a debit card, the card details will have been securely stored to allow you to reuse the same card details for subsequent deposits. You will still be asked for your Card Security Number (CVV/CCV - the last three numbers on the signature strip on the back of your card).
For reasons beyond our control, some card issuers may block transactions to gaming companies. We would advise you to contact your card issuer in this instance.
