If your deposit has been declined, this is usually due to a restriction applied by your bank or payment provider and can often be resolved quickly. Please check the following:
- Ensure your card or payment details are correct, your name, the card number, expiry date, and billing address. You can review and update your details on the Deposit page.
- Make sure you are entering the correct Card Security Code (CVV/CVC). This is the last three digits on the back of your card (or four digits on the front for American Express).
- Some banks and card issuers block or restrict transactions to gambling websites by default. If this is the case, you may need to contact your card issuer directly to allow the payment.
- Your bank may decline a payment due to insufficient funds, daily spending limits, or fraud prevention checks.
- In some cases, deposits may be declined due to account limits or restrictions applied for responsible gambling or regulatory reasons.
