It is important that we can positively identify our users to comply with regulatory requirements and to ensure the security of user accounts. To achieve this, we may request documentation from our users if we are unable to verify you automatically.
If you are required to send documentation to complete our verification process, please provide the following documents:
- Proof of Identification – This must be a valid Photo ID document such as your Passport, National ID card or Full Driving Licence (For National ID & Driving Licences we will require front & back of the document). All copies of personal identification must contain photographic ID and should clearly display your full name, date of birth, have a document expiry date and show all four corners of the document.
- Proof of Address – This must be a document dated within the last three months of the date of request. We accept Utility Bills such as Water, Electric, Gas, Council Tax Bill. Please note, we do NOT accept Mobile Phone Bills. If we cannot process the document provided, an alternative document may be requested.

Once your account has been verified, you will receive a confirmation email to confirm that your BetConnect account has been verified and is now ready to use.
