At the point of registration, it is important that the details you enter are accurate and up to date as we may not be able to successfully open a BetConnect account or may not be able to process deposits/ withdrawals.
If for any reason, you have entered any details incorrectly, you can go to My Account > Personal Information and amend any incorrect details. Please note there will be some details you will not be able to amend yourself. If this is the case, please contact us straight away so that we can assist you. Documentation may be required to update the incorrect details.
