It is important that we are able to positively identify our users to comply with both regulatory requirements and to help ensure the security of accounts. In order to achieve this we may request identification from our users.

To allow us to validate your details and your account, you may need to provide the following, if requested:

1. Photo Proof of ID - confirming the details registered to your account, such as your passport, ID card, or driving licence. All copies of personal identification must contain photographic ID and should clearly display your full name, date of birth and have a valid document expiry date. Please note, if your identity document has an expiry date on the back this will also need to be included.

2. Proof of Address - A utility bill or bank statement within the last 3 months, again with the same details as those registered on your account.

Once we've received and confirmed these documents, we will be able to validate your account and you will be able to make a deposit.
