You can deposit Funds into your betconnect account by clicking on the 'Add Funds' button in the menu bar. Alternatively if you unlock a Bet Request but have insufficient funds, you will be prompted automatically to make a deposit to cover the Bet Request Liability.

We accept deposits via debit card (Visa, Mastercard, Electron and Maestro) credit card (Visa and Mastercard) and Bank Transfer.

Debit and Credit card transactions are instant while deposits made via Bank Transfer will normally be received within 1-3 working days 

To make a Bank Transfer, login to your bank account as normal and send a manual payment to the following account:

Once you have made the transfer, please contact the betconnect Payments Team with the details of your transfer.

Once funds have been received and cleared, we will notify you by email. If you have deposited via bank wire, all withdrawals will be processed by bank wire. 

For reasons beyond our control, some card issuers may block transactions to gaming companies. We would advise you to contact your card issuer in this instance.

If you wish to choose a different payment method follow the normal path and select your chosen card option below ‘Select payment method’ on the ‘Top-up your betconnect account’ page.
