Your password is case sensitive so please check that you do not have Caps Lock activated. Your account will automatically lock you out after 3 unsuccessful login attempts.
If you accidentally lock yourself out of your account, you can use the Forgotten Password functionality on the login page to regain access to your account.
You'll then be able to request a reset password email.
If you receive the error message "Your account is currently locked. Please contact customer services." then your account is locked due to a self-exclusion you have requested. Note that whilst you can contact our Customer Support team, we are unable to unlock your account in this case.
